Whether it’s a sharp structured blazer or a pair of refined vintage denim, we want you to be completely delighted with your order. To ensure fairness and clarity for all our customers, we have outlined our straightforward 14-day return policy below.

1. The Nature of Our Products (Exemptions)

Due to the curated and often exclusive nature of our boutique apparel inventory, the following items are exempt from standard returns:

  • Hygiene & Wear Safety: For health and hygiene reasons, any innerwear, caps, headwear, or clothing items that have been worn, washed, or altered cannot be returned.
  • Final Sale & Exclusives: Any items marked as clearance, final sale, or designated unique single-item vintage pieces at the time of purchase.

2. Standard Returns

For eligible items (such as unused shirts, pants, outerwear, and select accessories):

  • Notification & Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us and initiate your return.
  • Condition: Items must be completely unused, unwashed, and in a resalable condition with all original brand tags and packaging intact. (Note: As some of our items feature unique vintage washes, natural variations in color and distressing are part of their heritage charm and are not considered manufacturing defects.)

3. How to Initiate a Return

To return an item, please follow these simple steps:

  • Contact Us: Send an email to support@tracepatrickapparel.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  • Pack Your Item: Securely fold and pack the unused apparel in its original packaging or a safe shipping box to ensure it stays protected during transit.
  • Send it Back: Mail your package to our boutique store address or bring it directly to our storefront counter in Atmore during regular business hours.

4. No Restocking Fees

We believe in transparent service. Trace Patrick charges $0.00 Restocking Fees for all eligible returns.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives in less-than-perfect condition, we will make it right:

  • Reporting: Please report any fabric flaws, defects, or shipping damages within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Evidence: Email photos of the damaged or defective item and the original packaging to support@tracepatrickapparel.com.
  • Resolution: We will provide a full refund or a replacement for any items confirmed as damaged in transit or defective upon arrival.

6. Refunds

  • Processing: Once we receive your return or verify the defect, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
  • Payment Method: Refunds are issued directly to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note it may take your bank additional processing time to post the transaction.

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • Change of Mind: For eligible returns due to a change of mind or sizing preferences, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
  • Our Error: If we have sent the wrong item, wrong size, or the apparel arrives damaged, Trace Patrick will cover all associated return shipping costs.
